About the RoleWe're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us produce high-quality visual content for social media and digital campaigns.
You'll focus primarily on still and social media design—think information-rich LinkedIn graphics, eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, engaging Instagram carousels—while bringing basic motion design skills for occasional animated assets.If you have a sharp eye for design, thrive in an asynchronous work environment, and enjoy turning brand assets into fresh, scroll-stopping visuals, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-performing visual assets for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and others.Design engaging thumbnails, carousels, and social posts that align with our brand voice and style.Repurpose and adapt existing brand imagery into new, creative designs.Ensure consistency in typography, composition, and color usage across all materials.Collaborate asynchronously using tools like Notion, Google Drive,



and Figma (or similar).
Occasionally produce basic motion graphics for animated assets.Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects independently.RequirementsProven experience designing for social media with a strong, diverse portfolio.Excellent sense of typography, composition, and color theory.Proficiency with Figma and/or the Adobe suite of graphics tools.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
