Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and deliver all marketing copy as briefed by business teams and supervised by the General Copy Director.Embody the brand voice and understand how to deploy it across channels.Edit copy from teammates as needed.Receive feedback graciously, always striving to improve.Understand and articulate the value proposition of our full product assortment.Work closely with Art Directors, Project Managers, Designers as well as partners in Marketing, Merchandising, and SEO.Present work to peers, partners, and management in a clear, compelling, and professional manner. Where appropriate, include research to support chosen strategies.Qualifications~8+ years of experience in advertising, copywriting, journalism, or a similar field.~ Understanding of how to write concise, branded content for fashion retail, e-commerce, digital marketing, and video, and the varying parameters each medium requires.~ Curiosity and energy. You should also have a sense of humor, a point of view,



and the ability to work on deadlines.~ Ability to interpret briefs, take direction, and execute with little or no supervision.~ Spectacular written and verbal communication skills.~ Strong attention to detail and follow-through.~ Comfort collaborating in a large, matrixed cross-functional organization.~ Must be team-oriented but also able to work independently.~ Eagerness to test, learn, and evolve.~ Strong presentation skills.~ Conversance with the fashion industry.~ Fluency in Microsoft Office.~ Experience with project management and collaborative design tools such as AirTable and Figma.Additional RequirementsCandidates based in Mexico City will work in a hybrid model , attending the office in Polanco 2–3 times per week .Only CVs in English will be considered.Candidates must have an updated portfolio in English showcasing relevant copywriting work.
