The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling advertising and social media banners that not only captivate but also maintain alignment with our brand’s identity.

Responsibilities

- Design innovative and culturally attuned advertising and social media banners, ensuring they resonate with both Latin America and general audiences.
- Understand and apply elements of design principles to create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with campaign objectives and company branding guidelines.
- Manage and execute all graphic design tasks from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards in all deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design to keep designs fresh and engaging.




- Provide creative input and suggestions to continuously improve the visual aspect of the brand.

Qualifications

- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with other graphic design software (e.g., Figma).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude, open to feedback and collaboration.
- English language at a high level is a must
