Duties and Responsibilities Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters that effectively communicate brand messages. Collaborate with marketing, product,



and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and maintain consistency across all channels. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output. Prepare and optimize graphics for various formats and platforms, ensuring compatibility and quality. Color correction and photo retouching in Photoshop (adding or removing elements, improving overall image quality, color, and lighting) Image format conversion (e.g. JPG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, WebP) Design and development of email marketing campaigns, including layout creation, visual optimization, and coding in Act-On, Education and Training Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
