This role sits at the intersection of design and video execution. We are looking for a Figma Designer with hands‑on video caption editing experience who can take branded testimonial designs and turn them into clean, high‑performing short‑form videos.

This is not a pure video editor role and not a pure designer role.

The core focus is:

- Designing testimonial frames in Figma
- Applying those designs to testimonial videos
- Creating exceptional captions that flow naturally, are error‑free, and visually elevate the content
- Attention to detail, speed, and consistency are non‑negotiable.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing

1. Design (Figma)

- Create testimonial layouts for each client using their brand guidelines
- Match colors, fonts, logos, textures, and overall brand style
- Use client websites as inspiration to ensure testimonials feel native to their brand
- Adapt existing templates rather than designing from scratch
- Export frames from Figma and overlay them onto testimonial footage
- Create high‑quality captions :
- Natural flow
- Clean timing and visual hierarchy
- Ensure pacing, clarity, and polish across every video
- Upload final deliverables in clearly organized folders
- Track progress and tasks in Asana
- Communicate with the team via Slack and Google Meet




- Participate in a mandatory daily 30‑minute team call (camera on)
- Create branded testimonial templates in Figma
- Edit raw testimonial footage in Premiere Pro or CapCut
- Apply designs and captions to produce polished short‑form videos
- Upload and track deliverables in Asana
- Communicate feedback and updates with the team
- 3+ years experience in design, video editing, or social content production
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Hands‑on experience editing video in Premiere Pro or CapCut
- Excellent caption‑writing skills with strong English (light accent acceptable)
- Familiarity with short‑form social content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Extremely detail‑oriented (captions, spacing, timing, branding)
- Experience editing testimonial or marketing‑style content
- Motion graphics experience
- Familiarity with social performance best practices
- Previous remote work experience with U.S.-based teams
- This is a production‑focused role , not a creative director position
- Speed, consistency, and execution matter more than experimental design
