Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Admin for Call Center, located in Cancún, ROO.

The IT Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the call center, providing technical support, and overseeing network and system administration tasks.

The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth daily operations, implementing system updates, and maintaining IT-related documentation.





Collaboration with other teams to optimize technology usage and ensure uninterrupted operations of the call center will also be essential.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in providing Technical Support to address hardware and software issues
- Experience in Network Administration, including configuring and maintaining networks
- Strong skills in System Administration, such as managing servers and ensuring system security
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently
- Solid understanding of Information Technology principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of call center technologies and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish language proficiency is an advantage
