Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and innovative Social Media & Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand and marketing objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Content Creation
- Develop eye-catching and engaging graphics, illustrations, and videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create digital assets such as banners, email templates, infographics, and advertisements for marketing campaigns.
- Design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
- Brand Development
- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in design across all marketing and social media materials.
- Social Media Strategy Support
- Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm creative content ideas.
- Assist in planning and scheduling content that aligns with marketing calendars and campaign goals.
- Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media features, and digital marketing best practices.




- Analyze audience engagement metrics to refine visual content strategies.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs meet project objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors for printing or specialized projects as needed.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in social media or marketing.
- Portfolio showcasing strong visual storytelling and social media designs.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Figma.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their design specifications.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights platforms.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
