We are hiring a Lead Java Developer to bridge business needs and engineering execution while steering an offshore team toward high-quality delivery. Responsibilities

- Represent the team in architecture sessions and technical feature grooming with product stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to refine technical features and ensure strategic alignment
- Convert business requirements into executable technical tasks
- Direct the offshore team as they develop, enhance, and maintain code
- Validate that microservices and REST APIs meet agreed standards
- Run code reviews and ensure compliance with CI/CD practices
- Supervise unit testing and quality assurance processes
- Join SAFe/scrum ceremonies, estimation, and planning activities
- Coach offshore developers to promote technical excellence




- Monitor delivery status and proactively resolve risks and blockers
- Facilitate technical discussions between stakeholders and the development team

Requirements

- Extensive 5+ years development experience in Java and Spring Boot
- Proven ability to lead offshore teams and drive delivery
- Project management experience across cross-functional scrum teams
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of Java messaging systems
- Expert knowledge of Kubernetes
- Proficient skills in ReactJS
- Experience building APIs and working with microservices architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 — Advanced)

- Background with Apache Kafka
- Microsoft Azure expertise
- Apache Kafka certification
- Azure Solutions Architect certification
