Position: Replenishment Category Planner (Weekends)

Location: Querétaro / Guadalajara

Area: Supply Chain

Schedule : Hybrid role | Friday–Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday

Role Purpose:

This role is responsible for owning the planning and replenishment of SKUs within an assigned category (Snacking Tomatoes or Greenhouse Vegetables), ensuring fresh product availability at RDCs. The position focuses on optimizing inventory levels,



minimizing waste, and maximizing freshness through deep category analysis and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International
- Language: Advanced English (required)
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in planning, inventory control, or supply chain roles within agriculture, food, or beverage industries.
- Experience working with MRP/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
