About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. This role is highly client-facing and consultative, requiring strong leadership, communication, and delivery skills to successfully manage complex web, analytics, and experience-driven implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver enterprise-scale projects involving Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, primarily AEM and/or AEP
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with managers, directors, and executive stakeholders (CMOs, CXOs)
- Coordinate cross-functional and virtual teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope
- Identify project risks and issues, resolve conflicts, and negotiate solutions effectively
- Communicate technical concepts and solution approaches clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage projects in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Ensure successful launch and operation of high-availability, high-traffic web or mobile services




- Support repeat business by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, delivering enterprise-scale web, analytics, or digital experience implementations
- Hands-on experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM, AEP preferred)
- Client-facing consulting experience is required
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities
- Proven experience managing virtual and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects
- Solid understanding of custom software development lifecycles and engagement methodologies
- Experience managing Agile projects (practical Agile delivery experience is a plus)
- Ability to articulate the business impact of technical decisions
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to travel up to 60%

Highly Desired

- One or more certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Agile / Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- PRINCE2 or equivalent
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Workfront
