We are hiring a Data Labeling Intern to work closely with our Data Science Practice to ensure accurate labeling of specific data objects (i.e., images). This role is critical for the accuracy and quality of our data-driven solutions and models. On-the-job training, service knowledge, and specific product training will be provided, ensuring that the Data Labeler have all the tools necessary to excel in this role. While our teams operate globally from various locations such as Grand Rapids, Cluj-Napoca, and Mexico, the Data Labeler will often collaborate closely with local teams to build consistency and accuracy in the data labeling process.

What You Will Be Doing

- Use specialized software to label data accurately.
- Complete assignments with precision in a timely manner, adhering to the set labeling guidelines and project deadlines.
- Review the work of other annotators, pursue consensus, and ensuring the highest quality of data labels.
- Provide constructive feedback on data quality and bring to light any issues encountered during the annotation process.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and validate the accuracy of labeled data.
- Collaborate with the team using platforms like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Azure DevOps.
- Foster open communication, and ensure all questions or ambiguities are addressed promptly.

Who You Are:

Required Skills and Competencies

- Currently studying Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management or related fields.
- Graduation date at least June 2027.
- Full time availability (7am- 4pm)
- Advanced English is a must.
- Foundational understanding of databases and data structures is a plus.
