Maintenance Engineer (Camino Verde)

Responsibilities:

- Execute and adhere to the scheduled maintenance plan, ensuring all routine and preventive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Continuously monitor equipment operation to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve potential issues before they impact performance or safety.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and maintenance data to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, uptime, and overall performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by rigorously applying 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members by providing technical guidance and support in troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance challenges.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, or similar production environments.
- English proficiency — sufficient to understand technical manuals, safety instructions, and communicate with supervisors or international team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability.
