Your Impact
In this role, your contributions will help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry.
What You'll Do:
- You will have direct contact with American clients to support them and provide solutions.
- Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues.
- Answering incoming calls, paging on-call doctors and technicians.
- Accurately document messages and ensure they are delivered to the correct personnel on time.
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are recorded for future reference.
- Use technological platforms to provide the best support.
Experiencia y requisitos
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for customer service.
- Preferably with experience in a call center.
- 90% proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Shift availability.
What We Offer and important information:

• Shifts:
8:00 pm to 6:00 am -Monday-Friday (40 hours) and Friday-Monday 8:00 pm to 7:00 am (33 hours).
- $13,500 - $17,000 pesos per month
•
• Weekly Bonuses and incentives based on performance (average based on history of $1,800 pesos per week).
