Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Purchase and manage MRO inventory
- Manage MRO spending through working relationships with vendors, addressing quality performance, delivery, and cost issues
- Manage the budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Support corporate sourcing strategies by tracking spending and savings goals
- Provide multi-departmental support by addressing specific manufacturing support needs
- Work on special projects as assigned

- Negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and control systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English proficiency (85% minimum)

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. Business or Engineering preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the medical industry
- Oracle (preferred experience)
- CPIM (preferred experience)
