Job Description

Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System.
Lead continuous improvement activities such as 5S, Kaizen, and lean methodologies.
Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure proper transfer of new products to Production in accordance with approved data.
Support Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with quality requirements.
Conduct internal and external audits, close audit findings, prepare audit reports, and define corrective and preventive actions.
Analyze failures, root causes, and corrective actions to address customer complaints and improve processes.
Create and maintain quality documentation, such as manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
Plan, organize, and manage activities related to incoming/outgoing quality functions.
Continuously improve the receiving inspection process and related procedures.
Ensure timely resolution of supplier-related failures, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
Manage supplier performance and conduct supplier audits when needed.
Prepare Quality Assurance reports for management.

Desired Characteristics

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related discipline. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.
Ability to write quality assurance reports describing manufacturing issues, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
Experience presenting to management on topics such as product costing, equipment failures, and maintenance considerations.
Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and lean methodologies.
