Reporting directly to the Order Fulfillment Manager, you as a Demand Planning & Order Fulfillment Analyst will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining reliable mid-term demand plans by part number, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficient plant operations. This role plays a key part in supporting operational stability by translating commercial inputs, EDI data, and market trends into actionable demand forecasts.

Through strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication, you will identify demand variations, forecast risks, and improvement opportunities to support production planning, material availability, and order fulfillment performance.

About the Job:

- Develop and maintain mid-term demand forecasts by part number, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational strategies.

- Analyze EDI volume changes, identifying relevant variations, risks, and opportunities, and communicating insights to Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams.

- Monitor Forecast Accuracy, analyze deviations, and propose continuous improvement actions.

- Support allocation management when required,



ensuring efficient and prioritized supply distribution.

- Provide analytical support to Customer Service during the escalation of critical fulfillment and service issues.

- Support Materials and Production Planning teams when forecast demand is not accurately reflected in the system.

- Monitor consumption trends, historical behavior, and market signals to improve forecast quality and minimize obsolescence risks.

- Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosí (Hybrid)

About You:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, or Planning roles (preferred).

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Ability to analyze and communicate demand risks, volume changes, and trends impacting plant operations, customer service, and revenue.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with planning tools such as ERP, MRP, JD Edwards, SAP, or similar systems.

- Clear and effective communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

- Experience using statistical models and forecasting techniques.

- Familiarity with demand planning software (desired).

- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to present insights clearly (desired).
