About Us:

We are a Virtual Assistant company, and we are looking for candidates with customer service experience to place with an answering service for auto dealerships in the US. They are currently looking for Mystery Shoppers. We currently have 40+ VAs working for them, so we know it's a very stable position.

The primary goal of the position is to call auto dealerships and pose as regular customers in order to gauge and report on the quality of products, customer service, and environment of the stores to which they are assigned.

Job Description:

Our Mystery Shoppers will be calling different dealerships and observing how they operate. Remaining discreet while you pose as a regular customer.



Interacting with employees over the phone to gauge customer service.

Requirements:

1. Excellent English - both verbal and written.

2. Basic knowledge about cars/ vehicles.

3. Own a PC or laptop with at least i5 and 8GB RAM with dual monitors..

4. Available and quiet workspace during US business hours.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:45 AM - 5:15 PM CST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115.00 - $123.00 per hour
