SENIOR SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST - FULL-TIME REMOTE POSITION - MEXICO BASED / GLOBAL COMPANY

Full professional proficiency in English required

This Remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Mexico. Occasional

travel may be required for key meetings, conferences, or team events. (US, LATAM, and ASIA).

We are looking for a fast, creative, and strategic individual to join our growing Marketing

team, with experience working with Personal Brands, Influencers, etc.

You´ll lead strategy and execution across digital platforms, create powerful content, drive

engagement, and ensure a cohesive online presence. If you are quick, detail-oriented, and

love storytelling through short-form content, this is your moment!

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Develop and execute a content strategy that supports personal brand

growth

● Plan, write, and schedule mainly short-form video content.

● Stay ahead of platform trends and adapt them creatively

● Use Meta Business Suite for scheduling, reporting, and community

management.

● Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

● Respond to shifting priorities and feedback with agility.

● Strong copywriting skills.

● Maintain an organized content calendar and adapt quickly to feedback or

changes

● Communicate effectively with both creative teams and senior executives

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

● Strong experience working with Personal Brands, Influencers, etc, and with

content planning and audience growth.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Excellent storytelling skills.

● Proficient in Meta Business Suite.

● Strategic thinker with a track record of growing social media accounts.

● Great communicator, able to work with creative teams and senior

leadership.

● Organized and comfortable with fast-paced feedback loops.

● Proactive and collaborative, with a creative yet execution-focused mindset.





● Competencies: teamwork, innovation, attention to detail, responsibility.

NICE TO HAVE

● Marketing, Communications or similar major.

● Paid social experience

● Experience with Personal Brands, Influencers, etc.

● Background in influencer marketing or working with content creators
