Activities:

 Check load list (Internal system vs load list received by Terminal).

 Send final BL to customers.

 Notify the discrepancies in seals to customers.

 Create invoice.

 Send invoice to customers.

 Create BL Draft.

 Send Draft BL to customer.

Requirements:


Intermediate level of English.

 Microsoft office (Excel- Intermediate).

 Immediate availability.

 Team player
