In this role, you will serve as the initial connection between our company and property owners. Your primary focus will be starting conversations, understanding seller needs, and uncovering opportunities that can be passed to our acquisitions team as qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Place a high volume of outbound calls to property owners using provided lead lists.
- Create genuine conversations that build trust and open dialogue.
- Determine seller motivation and collect relevant details about the property.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with the acquisitions team to transition promising leads smoothly.
- Use approved call frameworks while adapting your approach to handle objections effectively.
- Various administrative tasks will be a integral part of this positon
