We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality and Hygiene Manager to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence across our property. This role is responsible for implementing and supervising quality control programs, hygiene procedures, and health & safety protocols in alignment with corporate and local regulations.

Main Responsibilities

- Oversee and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards throughout all hotel departments.
- Develop, implement, and update quality assurance programs and hygiene policies.
- Conduct regular inspections in rooms, kitchens, restaurants, public areas, and back-of-house operations.
- Monitor compliance with local health regulations and corporate guidelines.
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external inspections.
- Provide training to staff on hygiene practices, food safety, cleaning procedures, and service quality.
- Analyze quality indicators and prepare reports with corrective and preventive action plans.




- Collaborate with department managers to maintain consistent service excellence.
- Manage incident reports related to hygiene, safety, or quality issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, hygiene, or safety roles within hospitality or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, health regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong analytical abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
