As an Assistant Property Manager at Gordian Staffing, you will be able to build a career and take on new challenges with an important community management company based in Texas with over 35 years of experience in the industry.



This position is responsible for the following activities:



- Oversee all matters related to the function of the community, i.e., maintenance and the security of the community, etc.

- Oversee Association Staff and Vendors.

- Prepare all maintenance services required by the community (schedule, contact with vendors, invoice reception, etc.)

- Perform, direct administrative and management duties, as requested by the Board of Directors or Property Owner, and in accordance with the management agreement.

- Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors or Property Owner and homeowners in executing the established policies and conveying resident grievances.

- Prepare Board or Owner packets according to established time frames.

- Maintain database,

including updating homeowner and vendor's information.

- As necessary, assist the Board of Directors / Property Owner with the architectural review process and / or routine inspections.



Schedule



M-F 08:00-17:00 CST

Requirements:



- MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)

- Recently graduated in administration, architecture, civil engineering,

or three years of experience in a similar position.

- Experience dealing with vendors and customer service.
