We are a well-funded U.S. fintech/legal tech startup revolutionizing financial reporting and management for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals. Our platform simplifies estate planning and streamlines workflows for accountants, lawyers, and family offices.

We’re on the lookout for full-stack developers who see AI not just as a tool, but as a game-changing force throughout the development lifecycle. The adecuado candidate thrives in an AI-augmented environment where natural language meets code, and can harness AI to accelerate development while maintaining strong technical craftsmanship.

About the Role

We’re seeking a self-driven full-stack developer with an AI-first mindset who can turn ideas into reality. You’ll be strong in modern backend frameworks and comfortable with modern JavaScript front-end frameworks.

What you’ll do:

- Own your projects end-to-end, influencing the product’s journey and direction.

- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.

- Design, build, and maintain UI components using React.

- Explore, design, and deploy cutting-edge technologies, with a focus on AI and innovation.





- Collaborate with the product team and internal users to define problems and deliver solutions.

- Promote curiosity and excellence through code reviews and leading by example.

Your background:

- 3–6 years in product-driven web development roles.

- Genuine passion for prompt engineering; bonus if experienced with Claude Code and multi-agent patterns.

- Strong expertise in at least one modern backend framework (Python, Node, PHP).

- Experience building with AI, either professionally or through personal projects.

- Comfortable with front-end development and JavaScript; React experience is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of relational databases (Postgres/MySQL); vector database experience is a bonus.

- Ability to move fast, independently, and with initiative.
