What You Will Do

- Lead comprehensive financial analyses and decision-support activities to optimize the BU's profitability.
- Oversee Variable Overhead (VOH) and Fixed Overhead (FOH) expenditures-identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform cost absorption studies and ensure precise allocation of costs.
- Partner closely with the plant operations team to achieve production and efficiency targets.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to ensure alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Generate value-creation proposals through shop-floor evaluations and continuous improvement walkthroughs.
- Prepare detailed monthly plant performance reports, including third-party revenue trends and cost variance analyses.
- Review and adjust month-end journal entries for Materials, Direct Labor, VOH, and FOH.
- Define and refine cost-allocation methodologies in collaboration with operations and costing teams.




- Monitor and articulate the progress of cost-reduction and innovation initiatives; serve as the finance representative in improvement projects and procurement pricing decisions.
- Provide reliable financial insights to the Operations team and play an active role in CAPEX and OPEX investment deliberations.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
- Minimum of five years' experience in cost accounting and financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar for generating and managing financial and accounting reports.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Solid understanding of price/overhead variances (POV, PPV), scrap control, and standard-cost calculation/audit.
- Proven ability to create, interpret, and leverage reports for operational monitoring and control.
