General Statement of Job: The HR Generalist is responsible for driving people management practices and payroll governance, aligning HR processes with business objectives. The role requires a balance between strategic thinking and operational execution to support workforce effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Essential Job Functions: *Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, in compliance with Mexican labor standards *Oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate calculation and compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and timely payment of all labor obligations including aguinaldo and PTU (proVit sharing) *Ensure accurate and compliant payroll and beneVits administration, including internal controls, timely reporting to tax authorities, and alignment with legal and market standards *Advise staff and leadership on payroll and beneVits and monitor trends to support competitiveness and legal compliance *Act as the main HR contact for staff and management, offering guidance on internal policies,



labor laws (LFT, NOMs) and handling disciplinary actions, investigations and terminations *Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and provide HR reports, internal trainings and orientation to ensure consistent application of HR practices *Perform other job-related duties as needed, in support of a Vlexible and responsive HR Generalist function Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: *Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent ▪ Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience in Mexico, preferably in operational environments or services sector ▪ Knowledge of Mexican labor law (LFT), payroll compliance, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and related regulatory bodies *Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software including word processing, data analysis, email and HRIS /Payroll platform Paycom or similar ▪ Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service ▪ Bilingual, with English fluency (verbal and written) What we can offer: ▪ Monthly salary: MXN 40,000.00 ▪ Transportation Allowance ▪ Meal Voucher ▪ Major Medical Expenses Insurance ▪ Vacation (12 days in the Virst year) + 25% Prima Vacacional Bonus ▪ Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo): 15 days of salary ▪ A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growth SIS Seguridad Privada (Servicio SP16 S.A de C.V) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
