About the Role

Are you an expert in customer service with great conversational English skills? We're looking for you! Join Our #RidiculouslyAmazing Team!

You'll be working with one of our main retail customers, ensuring every client interaction is a VIP experience that provides a WOW factor.

Your primary focus will be supporting clients with:

- Inventory doubts and product availability.

- Stores locations and operating hours.

- Package status and shipping updates.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Delivering a WOW Experience

- Your role goes beyond just answering questions; it's about building connections and solving problems exceptionally well.

- Multi-Channel Support: You will support our customer clients via calls and emails.

- VIP Interactions: Each contact should be treated as a VIP interaction, focused on quality and efficient resolution.

- Multitasking Expert: You'll be navigating through different software and windows simultaneously to manage customer information quickly and accurately.

Requirements to Apply

To be considered for this exciting position, you must have:

- Great Conversational English Skills (Fluent, clear, and confident communication is a must).

- Experience in Customer Service (Knowledge of handling objections and customer issues).

- Experience Multitasking (Ability to switch between multiple programs/windows smoothly).

- Be able to commute to our Office in Fratta Center, Lomas de Angelopolis, Puebla.

Work From Home Requirements

Once you have completed your office training and meet quality metrics, you may transition to our remote work scheme. For this, you will need:

- Fiber-optic internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps.

- Upload speed: At least 10 Mbps

- Wired Connection:



An Ethernet cable to connect the computer we provide directly to your modem (Wi-Fi is not permitted for stability reasons).

- Designated Workspace: A specific space to work remotely without distractions or noises that could impact the quality of your calls.
