Hiring Coordinator & Technician Dispatcher (1099 Contractor) (Ciudad de México)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM PST

Compensation: 800 pesos/day to start (probationary period), up to 1,200 pesos/day after 60 days based on performance.

Type: 1099 Contractor

Training: You’ll recruit and screen candidates, coordinate interviews with upper management, handle onboarding paperwork, and dispatch jobs while supporting technicians with troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do

- Source and hire new technicians; review applications and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule second interviews with upper management and track candidate status.
- If hired, send and collect final onboarding paperwork and ensure completion.
- Dispatch jobs to technicians and monitor schedule/coverage throughout the day.
- Assist technicians with troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed.
- Keep organized records of candidates, interviews, paperwork, and job assignments.

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).




- Strong problem-solving skills; self-motivated, dependable, eager to learn.
- Desire to stay long-term and grow with the company.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving operations environment.
- Nice to have: Experience with WordPress and Google Sheets.

Hours & Pay

- Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM PST.
- Pay: 800 pesos/day during a 60-day probation; up to 1,200 pesos/day afterward based on performance.
- Employment Type: 1099 contractor.
