Remote Sales Opportunity for Mexico-Based Professionals | Top Performers Only

About the Role

We’re a U.S.-based digital marketing agency with over 20 years of success helping business owners grow through SEO, ads, and lead automation.

We are now hiring a Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Appointment Setter in Mexico who is ready to earn based on performance, not promises. You’ll cold call small business owners (lawyers, dentists, contractors, etc.), qualify them,



and book appointments for our U.S.-based sales team.

Compensation

- Paid for each qualified appointment (every time your meeting shows up and qualifies)
- Commissions when your appointments close into deals
- Monthly draw to support consistent income during ramp-up
- Full training, script, CRM, and U.S. team support provided

What You’ll Do

- Make 150–200+ cold calls daily
- Speak confidently and clearly with business owners in the U.S.
- Navigate gatekeepers and get decision-makers on the phone
- Book appointments
- Follow up consistently and professionally

You’re a Strong Fit If You:

- Have 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or appointment setting experience
- Speak fluent, professional-level English
- Are self-motivated, focused, and thrive in a remote environment
- Know how to qualify prospects – not just pitch them
- Want to be paid well for results, not hours

What Success Looks Like

- 6–10+ qualified appointments per week that actually show up
- Clean, organized CRM updates and professional follow-ups
- Reliable performance and constant improvement
