As part of our growth and team expansion, we are seeking highly skilled Accounting Professionals to join our office in Querétaro (Juriquilla).
About the Role
You will provide our clients with specialized, hands-on support in managing their financial operations and payroll processes — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence under current federal and local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review accounting records and financial statements.
- Execute payroll calculations and ensure compliance with SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT requirements.
- Prepare and file tax returns and reports according to current regulations.
- Ensure proper use of accounting systems and support process optimization.
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to maintain order, clarity, and compliance in all operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
- 3–5 years of experience in an accounting firm or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of tax platforms (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT).
- Proficiency in CONTPAQi and NOMIPAQ (essential).
- Experience with electronic invoicing systems.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
