MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and analysis of 2D and 3D drawings.
Capacity analysis.
Process analysis and improvement.
Analyze and review Kanban activities.
Analyze the impact of ECNs.
Problem analysis and resolution.
FIT development.
Review BOM vs. 3D drawings.
Review the bubbles for each system vs. balancing.
Support for pilot runs.
Interdepartmental communication.
Support engineers in daily activities.
Support in assigning components for balancing.
Time studies.
Support in production activities.
Supplier contact.
PO management.
Lead team changes.
Process release.
Support in creating IDs for implementations.
Support in torque management.



- Follow up on daily reports (Change, ZPCP, ECNs)
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) established for your role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
Comply with the safety rules established according to your role.
Attend all scheduled Quality and Training sessions on time.
Identify and report any issues related to quality and compliance and support corrective actions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Catia, Adobe).
Experience in reading blueprints
SAP
AutoCAD (Catia Plus)
English: (Basic)
