B9 is a young American FinTech that is looking to grow its Mexican operations and is actively looking for talented Customer Service Representatives, who are eager to work hard and grow with us in an exciting and dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO?
· You will handle and solve for inbound/outbound routine customer service inquiries and issues via telephone, email or tickets channels through effective communication and problems solving skills. These routine customer service inquiries require the use of standard screens, scripts and procedures. And ability to navigate multiple platforms for customer service resolution.
· You will route Zendesk tickets and troubleshoot between departments and have a first look to all customers requests.
· You will help create, develop and manage knowledge base.
· You will collaborate and work closely with Compliance, IT support teams and outsourced call center if needed.
· You won’t always have all of the answers, but you won’t stop at getting them.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES THAT’LL HELP YOU BE GREAT
· 1 year of experience in related field (customer support of banking and FinTech operations).
· Willingness to help and patience with costumers.
· C1 English verbal /written (advanced both verbal and written English). Native or almost native English.
· Answering phone calls in a timely and friendly manner.
. Fast paced/Dynamic environment.
. Schedule full availability. (Preferrably not studying as schedules are rotating)

Job Type: Full-time
* Salary for disputes department: From $100 per week while on training and $700 after training.
* Salary for support agents: From $500 while on training, under probation $800, and up to $900 USD per month after probation.
****While on training, we offer a fixed USD salary. Training is paid only if finished.****
