The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling production to meet quality, safety, efficiency and productivity objectives.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.Establish and meet production,
quality and safety goals.Plan and assign resources to meet production objectives.Implement and maintain quality and safety control systems.Identify and resolve production and quality problems.Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure proper operation of the equipment.Train and develop production staff.Comply with occupational health and safety rules and regulations.Perform efficiency and productivity analysis to implement improvements.Manage the company's KPIs focused on production responsibilities.Provide continuous monitoring with the materials team for compliance with plans.Manage and control the scrap generated in production.Work in collaboration with the rest of the supervisors to meet the goals.Requirements:Degree in Engineering, Administration or related field.Minimum experience of 5 years in production supervision or related field.Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of production management software (ERP)
and quality control systems.Excellent ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Preferences:Experience in the transformation industry.
Compliance with production plans.Knowledge of automation and robotics technologies.Experience in implementing continuous improvement projects.80% English Language.
