If you are passionate about driving customer value, Emerson has an exciting new opportunity for you! As a Customer Success Manager for Mining, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and our top Mining customers in the North of Latin America region (NOLA), ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

You will utilize knowledge about the Mining Industry and connect the value of Emerson’s software technology to our customers’ business.

You will be the customer’s advocate within Emerson and help them unlock the value of their investment. This role also requires extensive collaboration with the NOLA Sales Teams, Engineering Centers, customer support,

and product management.

As a Customer Success Manager for NOLA Mining, you will :

- Act as a trusted advisor for assigned account(s) that ensures the realization of maximum value from their investment

- Manage the complete lifecycle of onboarding, adoption, usage, and renewal to the delight of target customers / sites.

- Meets customer retention and satisfaction targets for target Accounts and Sites

- Identify and pass on expansion, services and solutions opportunities to PSS sales team

- Partner with key stakeholders in assigned Accounts and Sites to develop a customer success plan focused on achieving their desired outcomes with our technologies

- Be the customer’s internal advocate that marshals the power of the organization to deliver on the customer’s desired outcomes in their success plan

- Operate as the escalation point for customer issues, follow up on outstanding actions and drive a positive customer experience throughout the issue resolution process

- Work with the sales team to ensure funds to fully implement and deliver Emerson technologies are included in the quotes and are available.


- Engineer degree with 8 years relevant experience in mining or 15 years of relevant experience in mining.

- 5+ years of experience in the mining industry using, servicing, supporting, or selling industrial software applications or solutions.

- Business analyst mindset that can connect the dots between a customer’s pain, our technical solution, and the proceeding business impact.

- 25-50% travel to customer sites within NOLA is expected.

- Exceptional customer relationship development and service skills.

- Ability to interface with a diverse customer audience including operations, management, IT, and technology.

- Proven team player that can work closely with other customer facing personnel sales, customer support, and product management.

- Top-notch organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written.

Preferred Requirements

- English level - B1(80%)
