Job Description Summary

The Sr Technical Program Manager RPA Leader will be responsible for creating strong working relationships & influence across Renewable Energy (Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Hybrids, Grid Solutions, LM & Hydro) to set the execution for business process automation and lead the technology innovation with focus on Robot Process Automation & Process Mining. Essential Responsibilities :

S / he will responsible to lead and drive the automation strategy and activities for a specific function. S / he will be responsible for identifying, defining and executing programs, tracking and monitoring key metrics to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget.

This position will give you an opportunity to be part of an innovation team in a greenfield area to help define new process improvements, solutions to automation challenges and help GE Renewable Energy to continuously drive innovation and maximize businesses outcomes along with user experience.

In additional the Sr Technical Project Manager RPA Leader will support the RPA function on the project standard process and milestones definition to assure the global project management.

- Own the relationship with the development & functional teams to ensure alignment, speed & quality.

- Be the Subject Metter Expert for new technologies including but not limited to RPA, Chatbot & Automatic Speech Recognition.

- Identify needs and automation programs for the Business ensuring process improvements, solutions to automation challenges.

Define and maintain the automation pipeline.

- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments.

- Gather inputs from business users to design and build automation ensuring a solid business case with a justified ROI.

- Define automation architecture and design & sign-off on development activities.

- Manage the work deliverables of the platform / product / solution.

- Defines and implement processes for coordination and communication between organizations and with internal and external stakeholders.

- Continuously measures deliverables of self and team against scheduled commitments. Effectively balances different, competing objectives.

- Identifies misalignments with goals, objectives, and work direction against the organizational strategy. Makes suggestions to course correct.

- Ensures understanding of issues and presents clear rationale. Able to speak to mutual needs and win-win solutions. Uses two-way communication to influence outcomes and ongoing results.

- Manages risk and dependencies between organizations.

- Establish Agile framework that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes an operating cadence.

- Tracks and monitors program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met.

- Ensures ongoing communication of progress against program objectives.

- Provide proper training on automated solution.

- Continuous measure and monitor key KPIs to attest automation performance.

- Proactively identifies and resolves issues and makes recommendations.

- Ensures that the product development process abides by all defined cross-discipline standards and all compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Continuous adoption checkpoints to ensure no process deviation (parallel processes) were created due to automation gaps or new requirements.

- Define the standard process and milestones project management for Rpa project to be implemented and consolidated on the Rpa team

Qualifications / Requirements :

Basic Qualifications

- B.E / B.Tech Degree in Computer Science

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.

Fluent in English.

- Experience and expertise in using different process automation technologies will be a plus (e.g., UiPath, Process mining's solution, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.).

- Understanding of processes and business requirements in one or more functional domain (Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain & Services).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to develop partnership with cross functional teams and develop an inclusive & collaborative environment.

- Experience working in remote / global teams.

- Ability to manage and drive change across the organization.

- Persists to completion, especially in the face of overwhelming odds and setbacks.
