The role requires a flexible work schedule and some off-hours support of the Toshiba technical team. This role requires a functional understanding of personal computer (PC) operations and the ability to operate in a virtual reality console setting.

Problem solving, spatial and hand-eye coordination skills are preferred. The role also requires the ability to work well with others, especially in a remote support environment.

Candidates will be assisting with remote monitoring, will need to be able provided clear instructions to end users and accurate descriptions of issues to the Toshiba technical representative on issues.


- Effective Communication Skills

- Field Service and Support Background

- Ability to provide remote guidance and support

- Ability to visualize and navigate objects in a virtual reality / 3D space

- Remote Management of technology


1. Monitor service console for issue notifications

2. Review open service requests and develop action plans

3. Document service tickets with resolution information

4. Contact clients and provide call action and / or closure details

5. Interact with external customer for advice on problem resolution

6. Perform other duties as assigned
