The IT Support Analyst is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of internal IT processes in support of IT leadership.



The IT Support Analyst will report into PMO Senior Manager Process & Tools, Resource Management & Service Management. He will work directly with all IT functions within Clarios while providing consistency and quality in IT department level processes.



Principal Duties / Key Responsibilities : Consulting Services Manage globally submission of MSA, SOW and Purchase Requisitions to Clarios Procurement.



Monitor status and inform requestors of completion. Ensure compliance with PR submission policies across the department.





Manage globally contractor on-boarding / off-boarding in close alignment with PMO-Resource Management. Support and communicate standard process, ensure compliance.



Manage Process Office & PMO SharePoint pages, administer access and ensure access compliance. Operations Support IT Cost Savings Initiative specifically for identification of Clarios employee technology cost savings opportunities.



Establish action plan, communications and updates to achieve targeted personal technology cost savings each year. Support IT leaders in hands-on development of standard templates for operations scorecards and status reporting.



Drive IT leadership team compliance with administrative assignments; Platform Cost models, GES plan updates, HR processes and similar Provide hands-on analysis of IT datasets related to IT cost distribution, headcount and similar.



Become knowledgeable in IT functional areas to identify improvement opportunities in IT processes. Maintain consistency in department organizational charts using MS Visio and Sharepoint tools.



Provisioning of SharePoint Project management spaces and administer basic access Administer internal IT, Process Office & PMO SharePoint site.



Process Office and PMO Reporting and support the PMO Director in their weekly reporting to management Other continuous improvement and business support tasks as identified by Process Office Manager FUNCTIONAL AREA KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS : Responsibilities : Ensure work is properly documented including all key customizations and report specifications Follow proper controls in the areas of security, access, separation of duties, design and release standards.



Make effective proactive value add recommendations followed up by action leading to positive concrete results contributing to business and IT success Proactively communicate the status of your work / backlog etc.

Ability to make formal presentations to various target audiences Demonstrated (IT)-Procurement Skills QUALIFICATIONS : Associates Degree in Business or Technology related field.



Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint, MS Flow, and MS Excel, including complex workbooks and pivot tables, as well as MS PowerPoint and MS Visio.



Professional acumen to interact with senior business leaders. Profound written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with management, technical peers, and business stakeholders Ability to communicate effectively in a clear, concise manner at all levels of a global organization Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, multiple assignments in parallel and maintain a positive, customer oriented attitude.
