Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in contact centers.
- Over 2 years of experience in quality assurance for Spanish-speaking calls.
- Proven experience interacting with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Background in process improvement, operational excellence, or transactional quality.
- Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, Visio, and MicroStrategy is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage queries using Boolean and temporal logic to support analysis objectives.
- Analyze query results and call listening data to develop business cases.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on analysis findings.
- Collaborate with clients to review and discuss presented data and results.
