?We are looking for professionals to join a leading Chinese manufacturer of high-performance mining equipment and wear-resistant components, serving global mineral processing operations since 2005. Their product line includes slurry pumps, hydrocyclones, mill liners, flotation parts, rubber/PU screen panels, and more. With a growing international presence, the company is expanding its footprint across Latin America
Location: Mexico City, Mexico (On-site) - Full relocation, including visa sponsorship is available
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and client acquisition across Mexico and South America
- Build and manage key accounts within the mining and mineral processing sectors
- Promote and sell a full range of heavy industrial equipment and parts
- Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and regional reporting
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with strategic goals
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and trade shows
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Chinese-native, fluency in Spanish and English
- 5+ years of overseas experience, ideally with legal residency in Mexico or valid U.S./Canadian visa
- Proven track record in direct sales of large-scale mechanical or industrial products
- Familiarity with Latin American market operations, especially in factory or field-based roles
- Strong understanding of key account management and technical B2B sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across multicultural settings
