We are hiring the best talent for Senior Human Resources Manager to be located in Juarez, Chihuahua.


Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, provides support to the organization to ensure the compliance with the applicable regulations and laws. Contributes to the optimization of all levels of productivity of the personnel and is part of the implementation of Human Resources strategies, providing general support for the goals and objectives in a short and long term of the business

Key Responsibilities :

- Provides support to the recruitment and hiring process.

- Manages the compensation and benefits system for all employees in Mexico that are within the payroll of the company.

- Guarantees the compliance with all the Mexican applicable labor laws and the procedures of J&J.;

- Provides performance/potential feedback to direct reports, partnering with them to prepare development plans.

- Complies with safety policies and procedures.

- Complies with ISO 14001 responsibilities.

- Ensures the compliance of the responsibilities with Environment Management System responsibilities, OSHA and FDA requirements.

- Follows the J&J; guidelines and its policies. Policy of Records Administration of the company for the information, Programming of records and documents retention. Education and training, Notifications of legal retention of documentation, Records destruction, Administration of the information and inactive records, Life records and external suppliers that apply.

- Leads one or more Human Resources processes such as Talent Manager, Total Rewards, ER/LR, Retained Recruiting (All Union and temporary contractors Non-Union), for the site and/or Juarez Campus.

- Other responsibilities could be assigned. Not all responsibilities listed in this document must be assigned.

- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

- Performs other duties assigned as needed


Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s in business administration or related field (desirable)


Desirable, Masters.

-  Desirable, 8 to 10 years of experience in the administration of the department of Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.

-  Familiarized with the manufacturing environment

- Bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken).

- GMP / ISO knowledge, preferably.

-  Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.

-  Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing, at all levels.

-  Knowledge of the Immigration Regulations and requirements, preferably.

-  Elaboration and management of budgets.

-  MS Office proficient
