What you’ll do:
- Find, screen and competently present exceptional talent that enables Blue Yonder to meet our stated objectives.
- Collaborate with Recruiters, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify appropriate recruitment strategy and messaging.
- Provide status reporting throughout the recruitment process.
- Partners with hiring manager and HR Business Partners to package a competitive job offer.

What you’ve done:
- 2+ years successfully recruiting,
qualifying, interviewing, and closing great candidates, preferably in a technology environment.
- Successfully used LinkedIn Recruiter, a must.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, a plus.
