Job Summary The Program Management Manager will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus. Responsible to lead the execution of the customer requirements, and through that deliver the projected value to Flex and its customers, using tools and initiatives of the company,
to maintain business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction. Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: PMM will be responsible of leading a group of some other PMs with more than 3 accounts and around 5-6 direct reporters PM is responsible to meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT) coordinate the delivery of products and services, aligned to the expectation of the client. As the owner of the account in the site, the PM focus is on benefit realization, adherence to contract agreements and manage scope creep to maintain expected/quoted financial performance while minimize risks and maximize opportunities. Coordinates the development and implementation of Global Account strategies and projects through the CFT. Organizes project-related activities and communications among departments, customers, vendors, and the community. Directs the activities of program managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area. Interacts regularly with executives, customers, and outside regulatory agencies. Drives strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend Flex capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services. Reviews aggregate program proposals or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, asset management, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. High level contact for negotiations with customer on all contracts, pricing, and other business items. Maybe primary contact for new or critical customer programs. Responsible for management of customer satisfaction, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) collection and related reviews and corrective actions. Reviews high-level program reports and presentations for management, customers, and others. Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L;) analysis, responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. Travel as required. Here is some of what you’ll need (required): Experience in similar position with experience in Electronics Industry. BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience Knowledge in PCBA´s processes NPI´s & Sustaining experience Knowledge in the electronic manufacturing operation (processes, test, industrial engineering, etc) Strong communication skill (English and Spanish) P&L; administration & Quotations Microsoft Office Experience with CFT Experience with demanding clients Customer Service experience Project Management experience Here are a few of our preferred experiences: MBA PMP certification Here are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide… Competitive Salary.
