The only moment we will need you to visit our site would be to sign the contract and pick up your work equipment. When it is safe, we will return to work at the office.



What You'll Be Doing



Think of the time when you've gone to look at a service for yourself online and chose to interact with the website representative. That'll be you! Yes, that's right… You'll be providing support to companies based on the United States regarding benefits and inscriptions to life, health and dental insurance.

What You Bring to the Role



• Advanced English and Spanish both written and spoken



• High school diploma



• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.



• Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously (multitask)



• Competency using Microsoft Windows



• Live in Guadalajara city or its surroundings – that’s perfect. Live in Jalisco? That’s great too.



• Internet download speed minimum of 30mps



• Basic medical terminology/knowledge
