The Digital Marketing Campaign Design Specialist will work within the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence supporting global and regional initiatives. The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing operations with an emphasis on campaign development with a focus on out-bound marketing tools. Furthermore, they will support with marketing automation initiatives to provide an even stronger customer experience.

As a Digital Marketing Campaign Design Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns via Salesforce Pardot, display/retargeting and paid social advertising channels – specifically working on;Development of forms,

email and landing pagesDevelopment of active engagement studio programs in PardotExecution of media programs including paid social, PPC and displayWorking with external agency partners on campaign activation

- Execute rapid deployment of online campaigns based on the needs of the business, leveraging standardized templates

- Develop and manage ongoing testing to further optimize ad creatives, landing pages, email and targeting segmentation and communicate findings with the marketing communications team

- Collaborate closely with Campaign Design Lead to go beyond reporting and evaluate conversion funnel effectiveness

- Support the optimization of marketing automation initiatives

The Digital Marketing Campaign Design Specialist position is well-suited for you if you bring:

- Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Creative thinking

Qualified candidates will have:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent know-how in digital marketing

- Min of 3 years of experience working with campaign design tools

- Hands-on experience managing and executing B2B campaigns

- In-depth experience with Salesforce Pardot

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus

- Agency experience a plus

- Excellent communication skills
