Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Administrator-Temporary will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus. In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team, crafting job descriptions,
and maintaining databases with candidate information. This is a 6-month contract position. Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: Posting job descriptions to job boards and promoting positions on Social Media Administering candidate assessments and evaluating results Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel Updating Hiring Managers and recruiters throughout the process. Following up with candidates efficiently to provide a great candidate experience Ordering background checks and creating offer letters Here is some of what you’ll need (required): 3-5 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases 80% English Experience using professional social networks Excellent organizational skills Able to manage multiple priorities while delivering acquisition services with excellence.
