Americas HUB Knowledge Lead, KCS. Leads effort for Americas HUB and collaborates across Nissan GPS HUBs to ensure alignment across HUB Employee Inquiry and COE domains, and KCS project work streams in adherence to Nissan Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) governance. Leverages demonstrated experience in knowledge management, Knowledge Centered Service to recommend knowledge best practices to meet operational and customer needs. Contributes to definition of knowledge Key Performance Indicators, works across hub teams to drive results. Senior Analyst, Knowledge Lead Responsible for working across HUB, KCS Strategy Team, COE to achieve KCS objective commitments HUB Representation across all Nissan KCS Work streams. Drive alignment among HUB and COE domains, adhering to KCS governance Contribution to definition and execution of KCS best practices Acting as a change agent by promoting understanding of the intent and benefits of KCS Be an Evangelist for Knowledge Centered Support Promoting understanding and adherence to the content standard (article quality) Promoting understanding and adherence to the Solve Loop processes (Process Adherence Review) Assessing the quality of articles and adherence to the process & governance Providing feedback to the knowledge workers and, when appropriate, to management Establishing rapport and meeting regularly with the knowledge workers they are coaching Attending regular KCS Coach meetings Providing recommendations to the KCS Strategy Team to improve the workflow and the content standard Minimum Job Qualifications The following statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant. Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years professional level experience. Language Requirements: Business Proficient English & Spanish Required. Business Proficient English, Spanish & Portuguese Preferred. Proficient in knowledge and use of word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, database and other PC applications & analytics/BI tools. Working knowledge of and experience with Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) and ServiceNow HR preferred.
