Job Description: Objective / Work Proposal: Knowledge over the ServiceNow Platform, implementation of ITSM (orchestration and integrations). Will be responsible for the implementation of ServiceNow modules; development of Service Catalogs, workflow and customizations in the forms; and support the sys admin team. Adjustments and development of scripts, rules, and elaboration of ServiceNow procedures documentation. Management of Incidents, Problems and Changes. Upgrade version evaluation, performance, access control, license management. Preparation of reports, homepage and dashboards. As a technical focal point, will also be responsible for supporting solutions team on preparing technical proposals. Competences Required:
