About the TeamProfessional Services Consultant: Develops and delivers detailed IT solutions through consulting project activities. Responsibilities include client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition,

hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, (i.e., billable hours). Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring. May have some financial responsibilities including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing. May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. Performance is typically measured by the capture of the consulting engagement and/or delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours. As part of the Global Services team, you will contribute to this transformation. What you will do: Become an expert in Workday’s Human Capital Management product suite, which includes but is not limited to functional areas such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and assist the client in testing the Workday solution. Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday. Complete the work assigned to you by the Engagement Manager within the budgeted time allocated. Assist the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and benefit providers, payroll systems and other 3rd party/custom solutions. Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements. Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints. Help mentor new Consultants. Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices. Identify opportunities to position other service offerings. Ensure the client is reference able once the client is in production. Participate in update training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants. Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status. Knowledge Base: Demonstrable experience implementing HCM, Time or Payroll solutions Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications. ​ Skill Set Passion for customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training Experience with multiple HCM, payroll and/or financial applications a plus Well versed and experienced in working remotely using a combination of audio & video enabled software Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (under typical circumstances) Proficiency in both English and Spanish #LI-MC14 About You .
