Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.


Act as the engagement discipline leader on projects improving total partner portal experience for North America and Latin America region

Discover partner needs and structure projects to deliver on business strategies while also balancing users' needs.

Identify opportunities to leverage existing work and approaches in future stakeholders engagements.

Actively track and communicate project status, risks, issues, and opportunities as appropriate to both partner and internal project teams.

Participate in determining long term objectives for site and recommend enhancements to all portal content

Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.

Conduct system audit reviews and perform maintenance functions as required to ensure system health.

Responsible for ad-hoc requests from country BU on page level customization and configuration within the system functionality

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Science equivalent

Typically 4-6 years experience

Portuguese desired

Skills & Experience:

Ability to multitask across multiple project initiatives and work in a collaborative team environment in a global organization.

Proven experience leading and growing large-scale user experience and analytics projects and/or reports.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Contribution in meetings with functional managers/team leads if required.

Have an understanding of A/B testing as well as vast knowledge in the identification of key metrics that measure and drive long-term health of the business.

Advanced English and local language communication/coaching skills.

Knowledge in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of JavaScript, JSP, jQuery, CSS, PHP, MySQL, VBA and other web development applications

Experience creating scripts and setting up software for automation

HTML editorial (FrontPage, SharePoint designer) knowledge is a plus.

Expertise in Liferay is preferred
