what you will experience in this position:

in this position, you will get to:

support the recruitment team and process throughout the united states, mexico & canada

prepare and post requisitions

schedule interviews and prepare travel arrangements for candidates

communicate with different internal and external stakeholders

facilitate required pre-employment (ex:drug or background) or assessment processes

move candidates through the ats (workday)

to track candidate activity and ensure a positive candidate experience

ensure data is accurate throughout each recruitment process; with occasional opportunity to report out on data to various stakeholders

support with various recruitment projects, as assigned (ex:employee referral, campus, etc.)

you have:

bachelors in business, human resources or other related degree required

minimum of 2 years of related professional experience

verbal and written fluency in english is required

ability to set priorities and work well under the pressure of deadlines

demonstrated aptitude to organize high volume of detail

ability to work in a fast paced environment, ensuring a high quality of work
