Job Description : This role is responsible for linking Digital & Media for some of our brands. Understand the brand strategies and clients needs to translate that into action. Execute Digital data analysis, generating knowledge and actionable insights to drive business growth. Top Accountabilities: Responsible for the brand media & promotional activity amplification for some of our brands, making sure we are driving full funnel objectives in all of our audiences. Lead special conversion projects, bridging clients and brands in a unique way that drives business growth and digital buyers recruitment Key connection point for the Brand team, the e-commerce team and commercial team,

being able to drive integration and simplicity to translate all needs into winning conversion actions. Lead the relationship with the agency, managing from strategy to day to day execution of brand & e-commerce amplification. You will work with cross functional teams to bring to life the plans and measure / optimize its digital performance. Identify new opportunities to improve our digital programs effectiveness and running test & learn programmes Educate and upskill the marketing & commercial community, training them on how to be future makers while being compliant and aligned with our standards. M&E;: Uses data to evaluate performance of media, developing insights into the best way to leverage interconnected channels. Builds understanding into what drives sales, iterating work to amplify what gives the biggest return. Search: Works with the brands team to ensure each brand has a search strategy, ensuring they show up effectively through paid and earned search. Build and manage relationships with big and small media organizations (online and offline) across the full range of media channels. Spotting and experimenting with new channels and partners. Qualifications: Passionate individual with sustained, demonstrable experience in ecommerce, media, data, measurement and conversion. 3 + years of experience doing Media Experience leading projects with several media partners and internal stakeholders Clear and proven best practices in Ecommerce developed at big CPG or similar industries Experience driving Digital transformation for top brands in the LAC markets We are looking for a confident personality with good communication and relationship skills. A person who takes an open and inclusive approach, and demonstrates excellent stakeholder management skills. You will operate successfully in a fast moving environment, taking a constantly curious attitude. Demonstrated ability to work within a cross-functional team, as well passion to inspire and educate others.
